It was the badest experience I ever been in. First of all room had a very bad odor in it where I had to literally leave window open. Cover on bed dirty and had odor. On website it says they had continental breakfast went down that morning ask front desk where was breakfast he said they only had granola ...

The house was great. Large shower. Everything was close for an overnight stay.

Hyatt Place Waco
Staff was great, room was clean. Thousands of grackles had invaded the trees around hotel. I came out to my truck literally covered in bird poop. Had to take it to a car wash before I left town.

Elevator was down, long wait for it. Found trash and dirty underwear in my room during my stay. Some stole distilled water needed for my fathers c-pap machine
