"The facility would get 5 star for location, cleanliness and staff. The only reason I gave it a 4 overall was because of facility condition (internet went out, and doors were locked at 7 am and I had to find a way out of 3rd floor to exit building) and breakfast (the quality wasn’t that great, with coffee being particularly horrific). I have to particularly commend the staff. They were consistently helpful. "

"Stunning hotel! Definitely a splurge but totally worth it for the view and breakfast and the beautiful room. The late night terrace area is a vibe. My only note is that the hotel charged me again even after I paid via hotels.com (they claimed that I hadn't paid yet), and it was a bit of a hassle to get the refund, but I eventually got it so it all worked out in the end."

"A nice property with a nice private beach and pool, but the rooms were missing many things that should be a given, like no hangers, no hooks on any wall in the bathroom to hang a towel, no shelf in the shower for soap or shampoo, etc. "
