"We booked our stay at the Resort Ambiant (2 separate rooms); however when we got there to our surprise, the checking was done at a different location (Conac Ambiant) a smaller place at approximately 300 meters away. No explanation or compensation was provided and we were asked to contact Expedia since the booking was done through a third party. "Casa Mais was an amazing stay!! Flavius was incredibly helpful and helped us check in early in the morning. We are so appreciative and very much recommend staying here. The room we stayed in was very comfortable & the shared living room/kitchen is a nice touch. We loved the location & hope others get to experience this lovely hotel. Thank you!!"

"The hotel is advertised as handicap accessible. My husband uses a wheelchair and couldn’t get in the hotel on the stairs. We had to find another place and the two nights we booked were nonrefundable. False advertising. Total disappointment! "

"Took a quick day trip to Brasov and just needed a bed for the evening. This place was amazing, especially as the price was so low! The check in process was a bit difficult but that was because the instructions were texted to me however I had a travel sim installed so I didn't receive the instructions. My fault, but something to note! I would gladly stay here again the next time I'm in Brasov!"
