"We cannot say enough great things about Go Hotel Herlev! The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable and very helpful with every question we had regarding the area, sightseeing, transportation etc. The hotel was very quiet and centrally located with a grocery and coffee shop in the small shopping area just a few steps away from the hotel. They even offered us the use of a flat iron hair styler when mine stopped working until I could find a replacement. The train station was less than a 10 minute walk from the hotel which made it convenient for all of our sightseeing. We would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat!!"

"The house was very nice and I basically have very little complaint except for the one thing that took us by surprise and that is there was no bed linens or towels in the house, which is very unusual because I’ve rented before. I found out too late that you literally have to pay extra for that. Fortunately, I have family nearby and they provided the bed linens and the towels for us. The available parking leaves a bit to be desired because it’s a dirt area with lots of potholes, still all I can say is that we really love the house. It was very nice. We enjoyed being there and although those couple of little irritants, we have no complaints. I highly recommend it, but do pay attention to the fact that you have to bring your own bed linens and towels, or rent them from the owner and also you will get a bill for the electricity after the fact which is also something I’ve never seen before. I’ll still give it a five stars."

"I enjoyed the breakfast; many good options with some attention to those with dairy intolerance. The staff are very professional, friendly, and helpful. The temperature control in the room was amazing. I am always either too hot or too cold, and here it felt perfect all the time. I really loved how green they are. Biodegradable trash bags, fewer towels, etc. I wish they had 24 hour reception desk available. I know that there is a phone line open when a receptionist is not there but it makes a big difference for an actual person to be present especially for guests who arrive after hours. An extra towel or foot mat for the floor after stepping out of the shower would be good. "
