Loved how close it was to everything we wanted to see in the area. The rainbow street is just one street over and we were above the bookstore bar. It was a bit loud when the band was playing at the bar but they ended early (11p) and the host of the apartment provided several packs of disposable ear plugs if we wanted. We didn't need them at all though. With it being light most of the time we rarely went to bed before 11p and opted to go downstairs to see the bands play!

Lovely room in a great location. Communication with the hotel was excellent and so was the breakfast. Couldn’t fault it.

Overall, the hotel and rooms are in good condition. The rooms are small and hot. I had to open the window and request a fan after insuring the radiator was off. The street noise was loud after the window was opened. The staff seemed reluctantly helpful with questions. I have stayed at this hotel once before. I knew the room would be small, but I mainly chose it for the location, which was excellent for my needs. It's also nice that there is a bus stop right outside. Is someone from the hotel is reading this review, please clean the hole used to open to door to the shower and toilet. There was dried blood in the hole from a previous guest.
