"It was close to a squat. Broken glass n furniture in common areas. There were 5 hammer marks on the door where someone tried to break in to the apartment. There was a homeless guy living in the stairwell ffs. I had to leave n find somewhere else. Despite telling Expedia all the they have failed to get back to me…."

"The room was not clean and smell bad. Fridge was very dirty so I didn’t want to put anything. Restroom smell was awful and the sink was stuck somewhere. I sent numerous messages and they asked me to send e-mail. I told that I want to cancel the trip but no one respond. They just say that their team is reviewing, but no one replied until I finally check-out and escape. No worth for spending money at all."

"The apartment does not correspond in numerous essential points to the equipment stated in the description: The studio (?) has only around 30 to 40m2 (60m2 are stated), there is no kitchen, no working TV, no tumble dryer, the washing machine may only be operated by the landlady. There is also no closet (only an open "wardrobe" in a kind of storage room), there is only one small side table, only one bedside table and generally no bedside lamps, no hairdryer in the bathroom. "My brief weekend trip to Maastricht was made even more special by the kindness and efforts of Francine during my stay in her lovely home to ensure that I enjoyed my stay. It is everything and more than the photos and description can indicate. She even loaned me one of her bikes so I could go to an afternoon appointment nearby. "Just back from a great week in Maastricht. We stayed in a lovely two bedroom apt in Riemst which is just outside Maastricht. A regular bus service to Maastricht centre is nearby. The apt was spacious, spotlessly clean and had all mod cons that you would need. A special thanks to Annemie who looked after us. Went above and beyond by getting a few essentials on the first day. Thanks again Annemie."

Parking is offsite but there is a 24-hour underground parking lot nearby. The location is near many walkable areas. Would stay there again. "

Unfortunately we had difficulty gaining access to the property because we hadnt been sent the details in advance and the host was not available on our day of arrival.
