"It’s a bit difficult to find the property as there’s no outside signage to indicate where it is. I arrived about 15mins before I said I would and it wasnt until the exact time that I got a whatsapp message to come up to the 5th floor ( elevator only went to the 4th floor ) and the shower in the room only had limited and varied availability of hot water. Reception stff was friendly and nice I have to give them credit there"
