"First off, Carmen’s was an absolute gem! She had amazing communication and went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. The room was impeccable, clean, great AC, easy to get to, and comfortable. They partner with Gran Caffe Novara across the street for breakfast which was amazing! The location is super central with easy access to the metro and not far from the airport at all! Highly recommend and look forward to coming back whenever in Napoli again! Napoli was such a treasure to visit with a lively atmosphere. Grazie Mille Carmen e Napoli! "
