Located on the 1st floor accessible by stairs, the 30 mÂČ flat is arranged as follows:

- East facing living room with lounge area (sofa bed for 2 people and TV), dining table for 4 people and fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, Senseo coffee machine, etc). You have a balcony overlooking the recently renovated rue Duguesclin, where you will find all kinds of shops. Private and exclusive access to a small terrace above with the possibility to eat (outdoor table and chairs) and to hang your clothes (clothesline).

- Double bedroom with double bed, quiet, overlooking a courtyard.

- Shower room with WC, washing machine

The flat, very well located, is 2 minutes walk from the train station (TGV Rennes and Paris), in the heart of the shopping area of Vitré: pastry shop and chocolate factory Le Derf (very famous, Meilleur Ouvrier de France), jewellery, clothes, florist, small food store, cafes, restaurants...

Activities
There is of course the majestic chateau of Vitré (and its museum), its historic centre, the park garden and other monuments in the vicinity: the Chùteau-Musée des Rochers-Sévigné and the churches of Saint Martin de Vitré and Notre-Dame.)
For entertainment, the Secret de la Tour sans Nom (escape game) and Laser Adventure (strategy and skill game).

Les Claviers Clean good appartement especially for the price

The property is in a great location and parking at train station was easy and good value. The apartment had a terrible smell that didnt go after a week and with windows being opened. Toilet seat was loose, my husband fixed it free of charge! Plug in sink faulty, fortunately I carry my own. Bed and pillows not very comfortable. We missed the personal welcome that VRBO was known for. Probably the worse VRBO property we have stayed in but Vitre is limited and we appreciated the small village and region.

Les Claviers Quand nous sommes rentrer dans logement il y avait une odeur de tabac tres desagrable une dosette de café usager quand on ouvre la fenetre y a les pigeons cest sale sa pue il fait chaud la télé ca laisse a desirer je le conseille vraiment pas surtout avec des enfants

Les Claviers "Malheureusement mon sĂ©jour s’est mal passĂ© Ă  cause de plusieurs problĂšmes (rĂ©servĂ©e initialement pour 9 jours) : 1) 3 jours sans eau chaude !! La responsable de logement est intervenue rapidement mais problĂšme besoin d’un passage de technicien et besoin > 24h pour intervenir donc on a quittĂ© le logement le 3Ăšme jour avant que ce dernier intervienne. 2) logement humide (fortement dĂ©conseillĂ© pour les asthmatiques et les gens avec des maladies respiratoire) 3) Pas vraiment propre J’ai du Ă  interrompre mon sĂ©jour

Les Claviers "🙂 L'emplacement de l'appartement. 🙁 Le fait que j'ai contactĂ© le propriĂ©taire en arrivant pour lui signaler que la chaĂźne du rideau dĂ©roulant du salon Ă©tait cassĂ©e et qu'il ne m'a jamais rappelĂ©e. Du fait d'avoir ce rideau ajustĂ© Ă  moitiĂ© fenĂȘtre il n'y avait pas assez de lumiĂšre. Dans la chambre il n'y a ni chevet ni lampe. Les occupants de l'appartement du bas ont Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bruyants tous les soirs et les nuits. (Dialogues et musiques trĂšs forts). Ceci est indĂ©pendant de la location."

Les Claviers L'emplacement du logement est trÚs calme et agréable. L'appartement correspondait aux photos mais le matelas du canapé était beaucoup trop fin. Les lattes étaient courbées. Ce qui provoquait un mal de dos dÚs le réveil. De plus, une odeur dans le four était perceptible. Mais sinon dans l'ensemble nous avons passé 10 jours agréables dans cet appartement assez bien équipé !!

Les Claviers "Le logement est propre et bien situĂ©. Il y a un parking gratuit de l'autre cĂŽtĂ© de la gare. Le canapĂ© n'est pas trĂšs moelleux en mode assis mais confortable en lit. Les Ă©quipements sont pratiques. Par contre, la porte de la salle de bain mĂ©riterait d'ĂȘtre rĂ©parĂ©e (ne ferme pas) et nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude le 3Ăšme jour. La communication reste Ă  revoir : l'agence ne peut rĂ©pondre aux sollicitations sur place (problĂšme du badge manquant pour les poubelles) et il faut appeler la personne sur son lieu de travail et elle n'Ă©tait pas lĂ  ce jour-lĂ , donc pas de rĂ©ponse en cas de problĂšme le jour mĂȘme. Mais le sĂ©jour a Ă©tĂ© agrĂ©able."

Les Claviers "que dire? l'appartement est censé etre au numéro 22 de la rue il ya pas de numéro 22 je contact une premiere personne pour avoir des précisions deux sonneries et puis s'en va , j'ai une secondes personne qui m'indique c'est la porte vitrée entre tel magasin et tel magasin sans Numéro . l'appartement tres bien situé , escalier pas propre , le logement piece principal bien , la chambre ventilation extracteur d'air tres bruyant on a l'impression de dormir dans un avion , salle de bain WC !!!!!. je recommande pas"
