"Great restaurant, very good service."

"Fabulous property"

"A really great hotel. Excellent check in/out, parking, wifi, cleanliness, gardens, pool and sumptuous breakfast. What more could one ask for?"

"Property was beautiful. We actually spent so much time in town exploring each day by the time we returned the pool was closed. That’s ok. We had a nice relaxing stay without using the amenities. Thanks"

"Everything is perfect, I really like to stay at this hotel"

"Non e' un quattro stelle"

"We loved the area. Easy access to the beach, restaurants and the cruise port. Everything is within walking distance. I would like to stay a little longer before my next cruise."

"A hidden gem, an small boutique hotel in the old centre. Great walking, brekkie tasty with an amazing view. Would love to be there in warmer weather to enjoy the back gardens! They register your car license as you have to drive into a controlled area, with secured parking thru their gates. A great sleep!!! Would like to visit longer 😊"

"A beautiful property with very well appointed rooms. We loved the homemade cake and fruits and using the Moka for morning coffee. The pool is tiny, more like the dimensions of a hot tub. But for a lovely B&B near a wonderful medieval town and not too far from FCO, it was perfect!"

"We stayed at Villa Olivieri for one night after arriving on the ferry from Spain. It's brilliant! We received a great welcome when we arrived, and our accommodation was first class. "
