"Instructions for getting the Hoppa Bus back to the airport terminals were not very precise and there is no marked bus stop. Surely the hotel could put up a sign at the correct spot neck to the road !! Also the check in is chaotic / only 2 staff members working and at least 8 people in line for each. I didn’t try the kiosk check in but I saw several people try and then join the lines to see the check in staff so they really didn’t solve the problem!!"

"My rating and review may be a bit mismatched. This is a great stay if you are looking for a place to sleep, shower, and plug in your electronics. There aren’t really any amenities. The staff was very nice during each interaction, it was a 5-10 min walk to the Victoria Station and the neighborhood was wonderfully safe when returning late at night. I booked the same day for my 2-night stay and was given a 3rd-floor room. Nothing else was available. There is NO lift. I’m 56 yrs old and luckily in good health and was able to get myself and my carry-on up to my room. The room was incredibly small but I wanted a place to sleep comfortably not hang out. There was no refrigerator or closet to hang clothes, iron etc. The bathroom was also very small and reminded me of the bathroom on airplanes if they added a shower. If I were any larger, I’m not sure how I would have used the bathroom or showered comfortably. The air conditioning worked fine, and the water was hot with good pressure. I slept well every night and enjoyed my time in London. I would stay again."
