"I could hear the guests about me having sex on the squeaky bed. I had a teenager with me and this was extremely awkward. I also had 2 large roaches in my room. The property is tropical and cute. The breakfast is excellent."

"Our stay was fabulous! The room was clean, roomy, and air conditioned. The pool was so refreshing and had a wonderful view of the town. It was easily walking distance to town and the 99 steps. Our hosts, Lyndsey and Chase, were genuinely the most welcoming and kind hosts we remember ever having. They spent time welcoming us and familiarizing us with everything we needed to know to make our vacation memorable. Definitely recommend staying here."

"Location was absolutely key! While the hotel is a bit older, it still offers a nice stay. There was a water pipe issue, but it was out of their control, and they thoughtfully provided water for guests. Remember, it's an island, and sometimes things happen! The downfall is, there are lots of stairs but it also makes for a better view 😉 #Location #Hotel #Island #View"

"Breakfast was always fresh during my stay, and the staff was helpful and friendly. However, one thing left me disappointed. I had booked this trip for my honeymoon, but on the day I was supposed to fly out, the airline canceled all flights to St. Thomas. I called the hotel and spoke with someone at the front desk, who transferred me to the manager. I hoped they could offer some kind of accommodation or flexibility given the situation, but they didn’t. They said that because the room was held for me, it counted as a no‑show, even though I was fully prepared to travel and the flight cancellations were completely out of my control. It made an already stressful situation even more upsetting."

"The shower drain didn’t work at all, it flooded our entire room and ruined our belongings that were on the floor. The staff couldn’t move us to a new room and didn’t make an effort to provide any compensation or additional services to offset this poor experience. "
