Libby is an excellent host, making guests feel like you're visiting their home. You'll be well taken care of at Island View Guesthouse. Delicious breakfasts also. "

"Enjoyed a relaxing 3-day family staycation in this wonderful rental. The 1-BR unit is modern and spacious, with all the necessary amenities. Located within a gated community and a residential property, it was a “home away from home” experience that no hotel stay can duplicate. Great dining, beach and shopping options within a short driving distance, and a popular restaurant just within walking distance. My family will definitely return. Thank you! "

"This property was a nice safe place for family of 4. It was in a more residential neighborhood. A car is a must if you are going to stay here as it's a ways from beaches and night life. There is one bar/restaurant that is walkable and was great for breakfast and drinks. It does include washer and dryer but no laundry detergent and minimal toiletries/towels. Some touches such as laundry detergent, beach chairs that you could take to beaches, and some toiletries would make it 5 stars. "

Exceptionally welcoming, gracious, and attentive, they went above and beyond to make sure we felt not just accommodated, but truly at home and safe. Whether it was offering local recommendations, helping with logistics, or simply sharing the history of the villa, their hospitality was unmatched. The rooms were spotless, the atmosphere peaceful, and the surroundings breathtaking. From the tranquil gardens to the original architectural details, it felt like stepping into another era—but with every modern convenience thoughtfully in place. "I came for a night and extended my stay. The owners are sweet and helpful. I checked in early and checked out late. They called and arranged for a taxi upon my departure. I booked the smallest room and it was much larger than I expected. The rainfall shower was a dream after being on a sailboat for a week. There is a small fridge in the room, water bottles, and an electric pot for heating water for coffee. There are also luxurious robes and fluffy towels. The bed is comfortable and the air conditioner is new and efficient. I put the rooftop pool to good use and the views are amazing. I was traveling alone and I felt very safe. Amazing shopping is right around the corner. I found a market within walking distance and plenty of restaurants. I walked to the hotel from the ferry and took a short taxi ride to the airport. I plan to return for a longer visit 😎"

"Lyndsey and Chase were fabulous hosts. They welcomed me and my family and provided detailed recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. They also helped arrange for taxi service as it can be difficult to get a taxi once on the island. The boutique hotel has great amenities, they have thought of everything including Nespresso machines in the rooms! I will recommend Mary Anne as a great place to stay while visiting St. Thomas! Would definitely stay here again upon returning. "
