"3 apartment property. We stayed in the studio which was approximately 8 square meters. TINY space really suited only for 1 person. We are tall and the murphy bed was not well suited for us. There was no bath soap. No shampoo. The owner was very kind and would have moved us to one of the larger units had they been available. "

"À la suite d'une annonce fausse sur le site, abritel a plutot bien géré une location de rechange . celle-ci a été improvisée à la hâte et l'aménagement s'en ressentait mais en revanche la personne qui a géré notre accueil s'est avérée efficace. Pour une location aux normes (et au prix) il y a pas mal de choses à revoir (changer la literie, revoir l'aménagement de la cuisine, prevoir plutôt une douche à la place de la baignoire, et quelques petits détails auxquels les touristes sont sensibles, et...

"Déçue... J'ai loué cet appartement durant le mois d'août, il y a des années, l'appartement était géré par une agence immobilière et rien à redire. Là, 3 jours avant mon départ, aucune information concernant la procédure d'arrivée, comme le stipulait Abritel. J'ai dû téléphoner au propriétaire (numéro international merci) lui demander les informations et stupeur m'a répondu ne pas avoir regardé les locations et que l'agence immo gerait. De là, j'ai contacté l'agence immobilière et surprise...

"This accommodation is in a beautiful location. There is parking on site and this is secured by locked gates in the evening. Michael (the owner) is very accommodating, flexible and helpful. There was a garage that we were able to store our bikes in, which was very useful. If the place is busy, the cycle storage could get full though, so maybe worth checking if this is a priority. "This is our second visit here and it was fantastic just like the last time .There’s everything you require for a self catering stay, Full size cooker, microwave ,large fridge freezer etc . It’s situated in a quiet neighbourhood of Avignon.They do have a parking space for 1 vehicle which is great and it’s off road . The hosts Lucie & Michel are very nice people they make you feel so welcome you feel like a family member .You are only a 5 min walk to the tram station .There’s plenty of local shops...

"Nice, clean and centrally located. The property manager does not speak any English so can be difficult to ask any questions. I would suggest that they leave a map of the area and suggestions for restaurants etc for those that aren’t familiar with the area. We got lost quite a few times. "I loved the location, right across the street from the old city. There was a grocery store next door, very convenient. The property seems to be student residences as well as hotel and has laundry facilities, safe bicycle storage, recycling, an exercise room and breakfast for an extra fee, which we didn't do. The bed was comfy, the kitchen was fine, the shower was great, the room was very spacious, but with a characterless, unadorned feel. Still, over all, good value. "
