"3 apartment property. We stayed in the studio which was approximately 8 square meters. TINY space really suited only for 1 person. We are tall and the murphy bed was not well suited for us. There was no bath soap. No shampoo. The owner was very kind and would have moved us to one of the larger units had they been available. "

"Cute little apartment just south of the Pope’s Palace but in a non-touristy area.. Perfect locale for walking, great little outdoor restaurants on every square, a Saturday market just down the street and a Sunday flea market in front of an old beautiful church with lovely choir music. We didn’t spend much time in the appt but everything was there if we’d needed to - an fully equipped kitchen, laundry and excellent WiFi. Carole speaks wonderful English and welcomes you to her pied de Terre."

"À la suite d'une annonce fausse sur le site, abritel a plutot bien géré une location de rechange . celle-ci a été improvisée à la hâte et l'aménagement s'en ressentait mais en revanche la personne qui a géré notre accueil s'est avérée efficace. Pour une location aux normes (et au prix) il y a pas mal de choses à revoir (changer la literie, revoir l'aménagement de la cuisine, prevoir plutôt une douche à la place de la baignoire, et quelques petits détails auxquels les touristes sont sensibles, et...

"pas facile à trouver l'entrée du logement. L'escalier est horrible avec le carrelage plus que vétuste. La télévision fonctionne très mal pas de 2 eme chaine et autre chaines par moment. Attention à l'angle très pointu de l'accès à la douche. Le volet coté cuisine est prêt à tomber donc pas possible de le fermer et le matin le jour rentre très tôt. Par contre logement est très propre . "

"This accommodation is in a beautiful location. There is parking on site and this is secured by locked gates in the evening. Michael (the owner) is very accommodating, flexible and helpful. There was a garage that we were able to store our bikes in, which was very useful. If the place is busy, the cycle storage could get full though, so maybe worth checking if this is a priority. "This beautiful property in the heart of Avignon was the best part of our trip to Provence area. It was the perfect home base for 4 nights for multiple day trips in the area. "I loved the location, right across the street from the old city. There was a grocery store next door, very convenient. The property seems to be student residences as well as hotel and has laundry facilities, safe bicycle storage, recycling, an exercise room and breakfast for an extra fee, which we didn't do. The bed was comfy, the kitchen was fine, the shower was great, the room was very spacious, but with a characterless, unadorned feel. Still, over all, good value. "
