"The room was clean, bed was comfortable and we had lots of water pressure in the shower. The property was great with the exception of the breakfast. We were told that full breakfast was included, which is amazing…….. Until we’re there, toaster wasn’t working. Staff told us, it has been broken for months but they have to keep it on the counter because they won an award for best hotel and they need it for the esthetic, they have to have it on the counter even if it’s broken. We find that unexceptionable. It’s a sign of poor management. The waffle mix was so thick we couldn’t get it out. The whole buffet was sad looking, very limited. "

"The hotel was undergoing upgrading. Carprts were being replaced. didnt affect our stay. The a/c never got quite cold, so only negative. Otherwise, a nice stay."
