"The staff was friendly and excellent on assisting you. The noise in the hallway was a little annoying from the foot traffic and I can here kids running on the floor above. The A/C unit would not stay on, would run a moment but cut off shortly after. The stay was still nice and I will stay again."

"Magnolia Manor is an awesome VRBO property. We had 16 guys there for a golf trip and I didn't hear anything but positive feedback about the house and location. And trust me...if my guys didn't like something, they wouldn't hesitate to tell me. The house was spacious, clean and stocked with everything you need. The boat dock became a popular place to hang out. It's quite the walk down to it and then back up, but it was well worth it. We had an amazing stay and I dealt with an amazing host (Rickey) that was a great, prompt communicator. Looking for a large property on Smith Lake? Look no further....Magnolia Manor should be your choice!"

"This house is truly a one of a kind retreat! We loved the attention to detail and thought that was put into every part of the house and property. From the peaceful sound machine that is playing the moment you first walk in, to the most incredible bathroom / shower setup we have every experienced, to the starlight projector in the trees off of the back porch-- nothing has been left out by the owners of this property!!"
