The property was renovated in 2019 using eco-sustainable materials and aimed at greater energy efficiency (thermal and photovoltaic panels). Each Apartment has a floor-mounted cooling system (this is not air conditioning) which in summer can bring the indoor temperature down to 25 degrees celsius.

Each Apartment offers in the garden a private and equipped outdoor area (a gazebo for each unit).
The owners live in a section of the property and occasionally use the pool.

When you arrive you will be greeted by the owner or manager where you’ll find a beautiful clean well-maintained property with views of the hills ideal for a splendid vacation in Tuscany. For your enjoyment you will find a pool where you can unwind while enjoying a nice cold beverage after a busy day of visiting museums. Outside you will also find a barbecue grill and patio. Many people traveling with friends prefer a multi-unit holiday home where they can spend time together in the common areas, like the pool or garden, but still have their own private living quarters with bedroom and bathroom. Il Sole Di Vino, among other amenities, includes also WiFi internet, pool and air conditioning.

Sole Di Vino - 2 (45sq m) is a one-bedroom unit with one bathroom that is built on one level and can accommodate up to four guests. Some rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort (see room details below).
