We arrived and the front desk told us check in was 3:00 PM without looking up our reservation. Then they conceded we were correct for 1:00 PM. "Excellent stay. My only real complaint was the complimentary breakfast. The OJ was watered down. It didn't taste good. The eggs were flavorless and soggy. And there wasn't enough seating. "I really love this hotel! We have stayed here several times, and it is my go-to if I am visiting the Holiday World Park. The staff goes above and beyond to help, and the hotel is always clean. I especially loved that our rooms had bathtubs which is a rarity in hotels anymore and the breakfast bar was wonderful. Great job!"
