"Very busy weekend for the hotel yet they were not prepared for the breakfast service. Only 1 employee working the breakfast service (I felt sorry for him as he was doing his best). While he was focusing on trying to replenish the coffee carafes (unsuccessfully as at least 1 type was out at all times) the buffet ran out of eggs and fruit. They needed to have 1 more employee during breakfast to make it run smoothly. "
