"Adorable bed and breakfast, Milena is the best! She made us feel right at home and kept our bags safe for us after we checked out. Very clean and comfy place, great for the price. Super quiet and peaceful at night yet a very short walk from the heart of Florence, we loved the location. About a 13 minute walk to the Accademia and only a few minutes from wonderful restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again!"

"We did not stay in the guesthouse as there was an issue and we were moved to the hotel instead. However, this was perfectly fine and we enjoyed our stay! Everything was great."

"Trust me, you wanna stay away from this place! The owner is a lier and customer service is the worst. First, there is NO free parking, ones arrived I was told via text that I need to go and find it myself, which is almost impossible in the center of the city or pay for the garage parking myself! On top of that, you have to wake up at 8am to pay for meters again!! The owner doesn't care at all about her guests and didn't answer any of my 15 phone calls. When I arrived the office was closed...
