"I arrived at 2 o’clock in the morning and they were available for a late night check in. The bar had excellent coffee and Javier was most friendly. This is a very convenient hotel if you are at the airport in Madrid."

"Breakfast was wonderful. We had dinner there and it was very good as well. The appartment was comfortable and clean. We had a frustrating commmunication issue because we called ahead to see if we could store our bags there ahead of our stay and we were told we could, but when we showed up with the bags, they wouldn't take them. It was disappointing to have to scramble to find another place to store our luggage on short notice."

"The only disadvantage was that there was not a kettle or safe. The staff at Bext were fantastic - and special thanks to Marina and Jujeng (?). They were both very helpful! Marina went way above and beyond. The rooms were brilliant!"

"I have traveled for the last two weeks in several parts of Spain and France , this was the best hotel in all my stays! It is a beautiful hotel, total renovated. We have free shuttle to the airport. I wish I could find more hotels like this in the two weeks we here in Spain . Beds were so confortable! "
