"The location was superb. It was a few minutes walk to the main points of interest yet a quiet street with a lot of local flavour. It’s just one street over from excellent shops and cafes that the host will very kindly point out to incoming guests. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped."

"Bozena was so accommodating and gave us the most halpful tips on places to eat and how to get around Palermo. Great pastries too!"

"Lukten på toalettet var forferdelig, så ta med luftrenser. Underdimensjonert aircondition, spesielt soverommet er veldig varmt. kjøkken i dårlig stand, men maur. Dialogen med utleier var tung, og gikk på flere forskjellige plattformer, og hele tiden var ønske om å selge flere tjenester. Plantene på terrassen har død for flere år siden. Flott inngangsparti for hele bygget og fin utsikt. "

"La struttura è molto carina, all’interno nuova e pulita. Vista dall’esterno può suscitare qualche dubbio in quanto situata in un complesso di case vecchie. Si trova in una zona popolata per lo più da stranieri, vicino alla stazione dei treni, e non proprio pulitissima. Per il resto è tutto a portata di mano se vi piace camminare, Palermo è stupenda e le persone gentili ed accoglienti. Un plus è la vicinanza del mercato di Ballarò, un’esperienza da vivere assolutamente. "

"Would have given 5 stars for all, but the AC did not work. Host said to use remote which didn't work. Tried good batteries from tv and still didn't work. Area is way too noisy to leave windows open at night. Angelo was great bringing keys and explaining best as possible being I don't speak Italian. Would be too hot in summer without AC."

"Management company can be hard to get a hold of. Even sending messages thru WhatsApp go ignored. Check in process could be easier. Overall property was as advertised, but no wifi available. Decent place to stay so close to the old party of the city. "

"Giulia was wonderful to deal with. Location was very convenient - close to train station and walking distance to restaurants and popular attractions. Nicely appointed and very clean. The arrangement with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was perfect for out group. "

"Nice and fresh apartement close to Lolli trainstation. However the bed is upstairs and not so easy to walk up and down on (norwegian stairs) The warmwater heater is small so no long hot showers if You are more than one. The sofa bed is noisy and well used. Probably a good stay for a young person/couple"

"This was a great property for our stay in Palermo. The staff was very helpful and even organized an airport pick up late in the evening due to a flight delay. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast on the rooftop was a highlight. The hotel is in a perfect location that is walkable to all the main attractions. We highly recommend. "

"Beautiful old building with lovely inner courtyard with a fountain. Roof could be drawn back. Very central location easy walk from the station which was useful as we arrived by train in the evening from Naples. Large, clean, comfortable room. Very good breakfast. All at a very good price. "
