"This is a very friendly and professional facility in proportion to its prices with a decent location, an excellent breakfast option and fast wi-fi connection. The fridge and hair dryer in the room were particularly appreciated as well. The only problem during this time of the year were the mosquitoes, which kept getting inside the room despite all the windows closed. Perhaps some anti-mosquito air fresheners could be added to the rooms to address this. Overall, I recommend this hotel for a variety of stay types in Florence. "

"We picked this hotel because the price was fine and the pictures of the facilities looked nice. Outside the hotel looked a bit sketch, but when you go inside, it's not bad. The room we got looked elegant and was very clean. The location is not walking distance to the attractions, but it is right next to the tram stop. We saved hundreds of dollars, by not choosing a place in the tourist area. The tram came by every 6 minutes and gets you to the main part of Florence in just 5 minutes. With the money we saved, we splurged on the great steaks you get in Florence."
