"We loved our stay here. The scenery is amazing to start but the cleanliness and staff of the hotel really made it great. This is a very quiet area of Italy but was a great place to start our trip before moving on the Florence. "

"The location and views were fantastic. We had an easy 20 min drive to Lucca each day. Perfect mix of peaceful vineyard and olive tree landscape with easy access to Lucca city restaurants and shopping. Owners and staff were wonderful. "

"The villa itself is stunning, lovely pool area and grounds and staff really great, friendly and helpful. The apartment we stayed in was okay - we knew it was in the basement of the villa, but it was very dark. We had booked it as it came with a kitchen and perhaps an oversight on our part but there was no oven, the fridge was tiny and a real lack of cooking utensils, it was very basic and meant we did not really cook while staying despite having wanted to. "I spent a relaxing and enjoying the City. It was very close to the Pisa Tower, lots to see and several restaurants to enjoy lunch in. The staff went out of their way to be accommodating and helpful. I would definitely recommend this property. "
