Stylish NATURAL STONE FINCA with a 12m x 4m saltwater pool

State-of-the-art natural stone finca in the interior of Mallorca. Large outdoor pool (salt water), various terraces, fantastic courtyard with Weber grill & covered lounge area, which offers a view over the entire plain of Es Pla (towards San Salvador Monastery). Own driveway and private parking spaces are in front of the house.
The finca is divided into 2 levels. On the lower level there is a large, bright entrance and dining area with an adjoining 50 sqm living room, and an open, American kitchen as well as a bathroom and a utility room. From this level you have access to a covered porch and a spacious courtyard with a private pool area.
On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and another terrace.
The small, authentic village of Vilafranca de Bonany can be reached on foot in a few minutes. There you will find numerous shops, cafés and restaurants.

Tolle Finca sehr sympathische Gastgeber

Wir haben uns in der Finca von Anfang an wohlgeführt: Tolles Anwesen mit geschmackvoller Möblierung, alle Räume mit Klima, draußen Schattenplätze und ein sehr großer und sauberer Pool (wohltemperiert).Darüber hinaus sehr sympathische, relaxte und hilfsbereite Hosts.Kleine Manko, dass vorher klar sein muss: Die Finca liegt fast in der Inselmitte - heißt, man benötigt ca. 30 Min. in alle Richtungen, um mit dem Auto an Wasser zu kommen.Ansonsten absolut empfehlenswert, auch im Hinblick auf Kosten/ Leistung. Eine sehr schöne Finca mit allem, was man fernab vom Massentourismus braucht! In 30 Minuten erreicht man alle Küsten. Tolle Gastgeber!

Stylische Natursteinfinca

Wer es stylisch, geschmackvoll eingerichtet mag, der ist hier richtig. Die Lage in der Inselmitte mit einer guten Anbindung an die Autobahn ist für Ausflüge in jede Richtung perfekt. Conny und Michael sind perfekte Gastgeber. Es fehlt an nichts.

Wunderschönes Objekt mit viel Privatsphäre

Das moderne Haus bietet viel Platz und wunderschöne Ecken zum Verweilen. Viele schöne Einrichtungsdetails schaffen eine Wohlfühl-Atmosphäre. Ein Highlight der Pool; Salzwasser auch für Kinder völlig problemlos. Der schöne Fischteich war bei unseren Kindern sehr beliebt. Insgesamt ein top Haus, in dem man übrigens dank Klimaanlage und sehr bequemen Betten super schläft. Danke auch der entspannten Vermieterschaft für die gute Betreuung.

Expectations exceeded

We had 3 wonderful days in this beautiful villa. Connie and Micheal were such great hosts and welcoming us at our arrival. They where always reachable when we had a questions. The Vila itself is just stunning. We loved the great pool and all the possibilities to sit outside around the House. There is so much love to every detail. It was the best decision to stay at Connie and Michaels place. Happily looking forward to another stay here:)

Ein Traum

Das Versprechen, dass die wunderbar schönen Bilder geben, wird voll und ganz eingehalten. Eine traumhafte Finca mit einem sensationellen Pool und vielen, mit Liebe eingerichteten, Highlights. Die Finca selber ist mit allem Notwendigen und weit darüber hinaus, ausgestattet. Sie liegt auf einem kleinen Hügel und bietet eine fantastische Aussicht. Es ist alles sehr sauber und gepflegt und lässt keine Wünsche offen! Wir waren total begeistert! Beste Entscheidung, ever! Connie und Michael kümmern sich sehr und sind jederzeit erreichbar. Entspannung pur!

Wir verlebten auf der Finca herrliche und wirklich entspannte Tage. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben sehr erholsame Tage auf dieser schönen Finca verbracht. Das sehr großzügige Objekt ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und weit darüber hinaus. Eingerichtet mit viel Liebe zum Detail und sehr ansprechender und persönlicher Note. Es gibt überall Möglichkeiten die Seele baumeln zu lassen, ob im Haus, im Garten oder rund um den schönen großen Pool, den wir jetzt schon vermissen. Je nach Tageszeit hatten wir immer einen anderen Lieblingsplatz. Auf dem großen Grundstück gibt es überall etwas zu entdecken – die Obstbäume, die vielen Blütenpflanzen, die wunderschönen alten Olivenbäume, der Teich mit den Fischen... Die Lage ist optimal, wenn man fern vom Massentourismus bleiben möchte und doch sehr zentral, da fast alle Ecken der Insel schnell zu erreichen sind. Zum Einkauf reicht ein kurzer Spaziergang in den Ort. Der dortige Spar Markt ist sehr gut sortiert. Wer mehr Auswahl möchte, ist in 10 – 15 Minuten mit dem Auto in Manacor. Empfehlenswert ist der Agromart in Manacor. Besonders herzlichen Dank an Connie & Michael für das herzliche Willkommen und die aufmerksame und freundliche Kommunikation! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ein wahr gewordener Traum

Liebe Connie, lieber Michael wir denken mit viel Liebe an eure wunderschöne Finca zurück und sind sehr dankbar, diese für uns entdeckt zu haben! Ein wahrhafter Traum, wunderschön gelegen, leicht erhöht mit einem unvergleichlichen Blick in die Ebene und ins Grüne, absolut privat und intim nach allen Seiten, uneinsehbar, sowas haben wir in mehreren Jahrzehnten reisen noch nie erlebt! Die vielen Plätze an der Finca, die es zu entdecken gibt...der wunderschöne Seerosenteich mit gluckernden Brunnen, die schattige Laube mit Holzkohlegrillplatz ( unser Favorit :-), die chillige Loungeecke am Pool, der tuchbehangene maurisch anmutende Innenhof mit steinernden Ganesha, die großzügige Sitzgruppe überdacht nach vorne raus, wo man am frühen Morgen in der ersten Sonne die Balloone hat starten sehen, dieser riesige erfrischende Pool ohne Chlorgeruch, dafür mit sanftem Salz ! Diese Finca kann man nur in Superlativen beschreiben und wir haben die 5 Tage über unsere Silberhochzeit hier so unendlich genossen...glaubt es oder nicht...wir haben uns bei Rückreise im Terminal PMI ein paar Tränchen verdrückt, soviel Glück haben wir in eurem Haus als Paar verspürt. Die Finca ist so facettenreich und hochwertig gemütlich eingerichtet, überall stehen und hängen kúnstvolle Gegenstände und man spürt förmlich an jeder Ecke euren Spass am Leben. Wir müssen in dieses Paradies einfach zurückkommen, wir sagen herzlichen Dank und auf bald Tom und Heike

Tolle Finca - absolut empfehlenswert

Sehr schöne Finca am Ortsrand von Vilafranca, modern und ausgestattet mit allem, was man sich wünscht. Die Finca bietet viel Platz zum entspannen; vor allem die gemütliche Veranda mit Blick auf das Umland hat uns gut gefallen. Perfekt, wenn man eine Pause von der Mittagssonne am Pool braucht. Mit dem Auto etwa 15 Minuten entfernt von Manacor und der Rafa Nadal Academy, wenn man sich im Urlaub auch mal sportlich betätigen will. Super freundliche Gastgeber Connie und Michael :-) Und obendrauf: Frische Nektarinen und Zitronen direkt vom Baum, im Juni leider zu früh für die Feigen :-)

Das Haus ist wirklich ein Traum. Mir persönlich hat auch die super ausgestattete Küche gefallen, da ich gerne koche. Connie und Michael waren für alle Fragen, die ich hatte immer da, sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Ums Haus gibt es wunderbare Zitronen- und Orangenbäume, die reife Früchte trugen. So konnten wir morgens jeweils frischen Saft machen. Wir haben supergut geschlafen. Es ist alles auf einem sehr hohen Niveau. Ich kann mir gut vorstellen, dass wir wieder kommen :-)!

Traumfinca und Ruhe und Erholung pur

Wir haben uns dort wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist wunderschön und bietet Ruhe und Natur pur. Garten und Poolbereich sind sehr großzügig angelegt und top gepflegt. Die ganze Finca ist perfekt durchdacht - es fehlt an nichts. Die Ausstattung der Küche genügt selbst den Ansprüchen engagierte Hobbyköch:innen und zusammen mit dem hochwertigem Gasgrill bleibt wirklich kein Wunsch offen. Wer will kann sich hier kulinarisch richtig austoben. Frische Zitronen und Orangen vom Baum jeden Tag, wenn man möchte - was will man mehr? Und vor allem: Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft - wir fühlten uns wirklich wie Gäste und unfassbar nett und aufmerksam aufgenommen!

Ein Träumchen

Wir durften in dieser Finca 4 Wochen unserer Elternzeit mit 10 Monate altem Baby und Hund verbringen und waren begeistert! Connie und Michael sind die perfekten Gastgeber, immer erreichbar, sehr bemüht und unkompliziert. Sie tragen einen großen Teil zum Wohlfühlfaktor in der Finca bei. Das Haus mit der Außenanlage und Pool ist ein absoluter Traum. Es sieht alles aus wie auf den Fotos. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass es auf dem Grundstück viele unterschiedliche Bereiche zum Sitzen und Entspannen gab. Die Küche wirkte etwas älter, ABER die Ausstattung hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen. Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfel-Maker, sämtliche Gewürze zum kochen, Salatschleuder usw. Wer sich mit Ferienwohnungen/Häuser auskennt, weiß, dass das kein Standard sondern eher Seltenheit ist. Die Lage der Finca war für uns ebenfalls perfekt. Etwas abgelegen, keine Nachbarn so dass sich auch unser Hund frei bewegen konnte und trotzdem so nah am Ort, dass man fußläufig in 5-10 Min zum Bäcker oder kleinen Supermarkt kommt. Für größere Einkäufe ist Manacor mit dem Auto nur 10 Min entfernt. Hier findet man Aldi, Rossmann, Müller sowie einen spanischen Bio- und großen Supermarkt. Unser Fazit: ein kleines Paradies auf Erden, das wir hoffentlich irgendwann mal wieder besuchen dürfen.

Sehr schöne Finca und freundliche Gastgeber

Die Finca entspricht der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber trotzdem nicht abgelegen. Man kommt auch zu Fuß in den Ort. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und Conny und Michael kümmern sich schnell, wenn man was möchte. Die Finca verfügt auch über eine Klimaanlage, welche wir in diesen heißen Tagen oft benutzt haben. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Fantastisk hus og søde værter

Det har været en fornøjelse at bo i huset. Værterne er så søde og service minded. Poolen dejlig og beliggenheden super i rolige omgivelser. Vi kommer gerne igen. Tak for denne gang.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Die Vermieter Conny und Michael sind wirklich ausgesprochen zuvorkommend und sehr nette Gastgeber. Es mangelt einem an nichts auf der Finca. Wir hatten sogar das große Glück in den Genuss von perfekt reifen Nektarinen und Orangen zu kommen, die auf dem Grundstück wachsen. Die Finca ist exakt so ausgestattet wie es auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Sehr schick und modern im Innenbereich und noch ein absoluter Fincacharm im Außenbereich. Absolut klasse. Die gesamte Gestaltung ist wirklich sehr detailreich und liebevoll. Wir empfehlen das Objekt auf jeden Fall weiter.

Wunderbare Finca mit tollen Vermietern

Sehr saubere und schön gestaltete Finca. Der Salzwasser Pool ist ein absolutes Highlight. Betten sind sehr bequem. Es fehlt hier an nichts und man kann herrlich entspannen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Finca und den Service!

Stilvoll und einfach schön!

Eine sehr geschmackvoll und stimmig eingerichtete Finca mit einem exorbitant tollen Erscheinungsbild. Jeder der zahlreichen Plätze innerhalb und außerhalb der Finca lädt zum entspannen und verweilen ein - z.B. am Pool oder auf der Terrasse mit Weitblick.
