"Staff in club lounge were amazing. We did go for breakfast in general restaurant and it was a bit hectic so we kept to the club lounge for our remaining stay. Our housekeeper Nancy (749) had our room spotless and was friendly, in fact all the staff in the hotel are friendly and this makes for an inviting and relaxing stay.
