"We had a fabulous time during our stay in Tavira. The villa is ideally located 3 minutes walk to the Gran Tavira shopping centre with a huge Continente supermarket open from 08:00 - 22:00 every day. It is only a 20 minute walk into town but as it was very hot when we were there we took Uber into town and got a local taxi back. All very easy and all the drivers were very friendly. "The villa was modern, spacious and had everything you need for a great holiday. It was excellent value and Valter was so helpful with all my questions beforehand. We liked the fact that it was rural, so quiet and peaceful but at the same time a short car ride from the airport and and easy to visit Olhao, Fuzeta beach and Tavira. We had a wonderful time and hope to return next year. Can't recommend it highly enough. Many thanks."

"We arrived at the villa and were met by Joao who was very helpful. The villa itself is stunning and spacious and the surroundings are beautiful. There were a lot of dogs barking and cockerels doing their earl morning chorus but that was a part of being in the countryside. Preferable to road noise! Everything was positive apart from the annoying wasps. Be sure to take spray. The other really important thing is to ensure that you have a car. "My husband and I stayed in this lovely house with a pool. The location was quiet. However it was wonderful hearing the crickets and watching the stars late into the evening. There were a few supermarkets you can walk to that were reasonably priced plus restaurants if you didn’t want to cook. There is a lovely beach you can walk to in 10 minutes. "We grew up in Spain but live in the US. We wanted to go back and visit family and rented Gaby's house. We absolutely loved the time we had there. The pool is beautiful, the outdoors grill area was something we used every day and the layout of the rooms is great: my wife and I had the master bedroom upstairs while my inlaws were on the first floor. Gaby and her husband were very nice and super responsive. Overall, we had an amazing time!"

One note that the house is not two villas as the listing says but really one large home where you could close off a section.
