"The hotel is right on the water in a good location, with easy access to the vaporetto. Our room and the property overall were clean and comfortable. We ate at the hotel’s bistro, but unfortunately, the food was not very good. I was also surprised that there was no gym, particularly given the size of the property and that this is a full-service hotel rather than a traditional small B&B. Overall, the location and convenient transportation access were the strongest features."

"The room was very clean. The staff was amazing and the location of the hotel is excellent. It is near some places to eat a variety of food. It is near to the train station. Also it is near to some places interesting to visit , and the ride I’m there gordola was amazing too!!!!"

"We were able to get a good night sleep, since we were on the 4th flr and didnt hear any street noises at night. Only down side is you might need to carry your luggage up/down the stairs."

"I love the room feels like royalty😉 air-conditioned is exactly what is needed for a hot summer. The staffs were friendly,helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was fantastic. A very nice location."

"Besides my sink was clogged and my shower head wouldn’t turn on. I still did like my stay here. Just wish the water worked better. Will be back but next time I will have to change rooms if the water faucets are not working properly"
