Their concierge, Jimmy, coordinated with me weeks in advance and helped to plan great trips to Sa Pa, Ninh Binh and our eventual departure to Hue. He also helped to arrange a private driver and cruise to a much less crowded section of Ha Long. It all worked out perfectly.

"Very polite and helpful front desk staff. They even escort me to my room. Quick check in and out. Big bed but the mattress is a little too soft for me. Clean and nice bathroom, quick Wi-Fi, kettle for hot water, small fridge, working safe box, available elevator., at the corner of the big road even in a small alley, free breakfast with basic food and drink. Price a little highher than others but acceptable. I'll give it a 5/5"
