"スタッフの対応が丁寧でした。ホテルの近くで飲食出来る所も紹介してもらいました。"

"There is a clear window into the bathroom, so the person in bed a see you on the toilet or in the shower. There is a Venetian blinds which you need to keep pulled for privacy. An odd design. Hardly any drawer space for clothes. A good location, staff are friendly and helpful"

"Hotel is in a location where taxi driver sometimes refuse to come due to location and traffic"

"The hotel is great. Walking around, I feel like it was the nicest we came across. What was exceptional was our concierge, Rose. We’ve been to everything from motel 8 to the Four Seasons, from budget escapes to all-inclusive resorts, and no where was the reception experience to the hotel better than our experience at this hotel with Rose. From her recommendations, helpfulness, communication style and her personality, she was wonderful. Some rooms have a window to a light corridor (sky well...

"The staff were wonderful, and the breakfast buffet was excellent with a good variety of options. However, the hotel is quite old and would benefit from renovations and general maintenance, particularly in the bathrooms. Upon checkout, we were asked to leave a review. My sister and I had separate bookings and submitted the same feedback about the property. However, my sister received a complimentary gift/refund for providing her review, while I did not receive anything despite having a separate...

"Loved this hotel! The cleanest one I’ve stayed in and such a comfortable stay. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Communication was easy and would highly recommend for others to stay here!"

"great place, we enjoy it"

"The hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance of St. Joseph’s Cathedral and several popular spots, including Cộng Cà Phê for Vietnamese coffee and the Michelin-recognized Phở 10 Lý Quốc Sư. Another great perk is that they offer laundry services by the kilo rather than charging per individual piece. We also got roundtrip airport shuttle for about $37. The only downside is that the property is a bit older, and bathroom cleanliness could be improved. We noticed several areas...

"We enjoyed our stay at the hotel."

"Pictures were edited and not real, rooms were tiny and overpriced. Clean, and semi functional. It had A/C, overall I can’t complain about the accommodations, just wish the pictures were real."

"Mia and Jasmine on the front desk were amazing. Both helpful am knowleable, English was perfect. Great breakfast, and a comfortable bed."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Fantastic Hotel Our stay at the Dusit Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The hotel is stunning, with gorgeous modern design, beautiful décor, and impeccable cleanliness. Our room was incredibly spacious, and having a kitchen made it even more comfortable and convenient. The breakfast was phenomenal, with a wonderful selection of delicious food. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. Nothing was too much trouble, and their hospitality was truly exceptional. We...

"Room was comfortable and great service recovery from Steven improved the experience. Club lounge was relatively smaller, with more lounge seats than dining tables. During dinner hours, guests may have to share the larger dining table, creating more of a communal canteen vibe than exclusive lounge. More proper dining tables would help. There is also room for improvement in the attentiveness of lounge staff and service levels of doormen and coffee service during breakfast."

"Staff are knowledgeable about the area and helpful at the same time"
