The room was clean, but I couldn’t stop sneezing during our stay—possibly due to pet hair, as the hotel seems to be pet-friendly. Amenities were minimal, but there was a supermarket nearby, which was convenient. The bus and tram stops require a short uphill walk, and with a transfer, the city centre can be reached in about 30 minutes. At check-out, there were no clear instructions, and no staff were at reception, so I waited for a while before eventually leaving the key card and departing. Clearer guidance would have been appreciated."

It’s about 15 minutes to the city center and main attractions, which is perfect for sightseeing. Luggage storage was available, which was a big help on our last day. Breakfast was a highlight—buffet style, starting at 6 am, ideal for early tours. Rooms were comfortable and clean, and the 24/7 gym is a great bonus. Overall, a top choice for convenience, comfort, and service in Vienna."
