It’s a couple of minutes’ walk to the underground train station, and there is a mall nearby. Schönbrunn Palace is within walking distance. "I arrived late at night, but there was staff available and we were able to check in. However, we had to wait about 30 minutes as two guests were ahead of us. The room was clean, but I couldn’t stop sneezing during our stay—possibly due to pet hair, as the hotel seems to be pet-friendly. Amenities were minimal, but there was a supermarket nearby, which was convenient. The bus and tram stops require a short uphill walk, and with a transfer, the city centre can be reached in about 30 minutes. At check-out, there were no clear instructions, and no staff were at reception, so I waited for a while before eventually leaving the key card and departing. Clearer guidance would have been appreciated."
