Spacious apartment close to metro

Gabrielle met us at her apartment as we had arranged. She provided us with lots of helpful information that helped us get around Vienna as well as recommendations of what to see from a local. We were able to park our car at a Park n Ride for several days while we took a train from Vienna to Prague for 3E/day! Very convenient flat location - just a 5-10 min walk to metro/bus; clean, spacious, very comfortable stay. Thanks Gabrielle!!

Lovely place exactly as advertised

We wanted to plan a very low-key week in Vienna over the holidays, where we would spend a few hours outside every day and then have a nice place to read, have a cup of tea, and cook breakfast/ dinner without feeling cramped or that we were missing any key kitchen tools. This was a very well-equipped kitchen (grater! cutting boards! toaster! sharp knives! A double Nespresso maker with a selection of capsules kindly provided! I could go on and on...). The only thing we brought that we actually needed were food storage containers. Gabriele was incredibly thoughtful, letting us know that the 24th and 26th would also be difficult for finding open restaurants and even offered to do research for us! She also left us a beautifully wrapped starlight (we saw many of these at the Christmas markets) and a local bottle of sparkling wine. The apartment was super clean and comfortable, and we parked our car in front of the building for a grand total of 12 Euro (so many weekends/ holidays!). We purchased unlimited public transport for a week and got absolutely everywhere we needed to go within 30 minutes, including any waiting for trams/ changing lines. It was great to be on a quiet street with good insulation because our dog is insane and she actually chilled out the whole time. The only (very small) detraction of the property is that larger visitors might feel claustrophobic in the toilet, a separate room from the super spacious bathroom with separate shower.

Great location in nice family neighborhood.

We were met at the flat on our arrival by Gabrielle. She gave us a great rundown of the area, including public transit, a wonderful local restaurant recommendation, grocery,bakery,and butcher locations. We stayed for 2 weeks, so her information proved to be invaluable. She also introduced us to a very nice neighbor who dog sat for us on a couple of occations so we could attend a few museums. The flat is very spacious and has everything you might need to set up house, with a well appointed kitchen, separate shower/ toilet rooms, and a comfortable bed. The living room furniture is comfortable and attractive. Location to the tram is about 2 blocks away, where you can make connections to the metro, giving you easy access to the city in a quick 5 minute walk. Overall, the place is awesome, with the only negative being that there is no a/c. We bought a fan to remedy that for 25€, so now we are traveling with a fan for our next flat that doesn't have a/c. With that addition this could be a 5 star flat.

gabriele's house: good access to the amazing Wien

We aprreciate the Gabriele's house because it is situated in a comfortable district closed to a several tram lines that reach the Ring in a few minutes. The house is well organized with a big kitchen, a delicious dining room and a comfortable bed room with the direct acces to a dedicated bath room. Thank you Gabriele.

Soggiorno rilassante e confortevole

Abbiamo soggiornato da Gabriele una settimana in occasione di Capodanno 2015. La proprietà che ci ha offerto non è questa, ma un altra Apartment am Wienerwald" FeWo-direkt.de Objekt-Nr. 2112544, L'appartamento è spazioso, pulito e confortevole. Gabriele è una padrona di casa gentilissima e discreta, pronta ad aiutarti e darti tutto il suo supporto in caso di imprevisti come un guasto alla macchina. Anche se non abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento, mi sento di consigliare le proprietà di Gabriele. E' una proprietaria seria ed affidabile.
