"All you need to bring is your toothpaste, deodorant, and clean clothes. This is the most thoughtfully stocked VRBO ever. I have stayed in a lot of rentals and they all pale in comparison to this one. 100000000 out of 10 stars. "

"Older home in midtown. Upstairs would be issue for older folks. Safe area. Close to Crosstown, Rhodes College and Alex’ Tavern. Clean, well equipped and host was nearby and attentive. Would stay again. Bathtub would be a little tricky, especially for older folks. "

"Comfortable beds, private parking behind fence, location, bathrooms awesome, roomy, grandkids loved the kid's room. Kelly was great to work with during a small hiccup with getting into the house at first. She also kept us abreast of a power outage that occurred one day we were in town but were not at the house."

"Beautiful and charming vintage property! The kitchen is well equipped, and we loved the dining and sunrooms. The location is central to mamy of the Memphis attractions. The host is on-site in a basement apartment, and very responsive. The property has one TV downstairs, but it's located in one of the bedrooms. There is another TV upstairs in a small media room with theater seats. The 3rd bathroom is located in the media room however there are no bedrooms upstairs. Overall our family enjoyed the stay!!"
