"Took the family of teenage kids for my oldest daughter's 18th birthday. She's off to college next month and wanted to make one last memory. The house slept 5 with ease and is owned by a nice young couple that really seems to care. The home has everything you need and is decorated in cute farmhouse decor. The house was super comfortable with lots of little extras like soft towels, free coffee pods, creamer, shampoos and soap. The huge barn is the difference maker with this property. This owner loaded the barn with all of the oversized games that your group will ever want to play. We unplugged from our phones and had a fantastic couple of evenings of laughter and family bonding. You could spend the entire evening playing games and never miss a beat. Walmart and food establishments are right around the corner making everything convenient if your not wanting to get caught in the mess of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. It's a really fun place to visit if you want to relax with friendly barn cats, a nice rooster and goats. The property is 20 miles from the attractions on back roads which will take you about 45 minutes to an hour to get to shows and attractions. Other than that, we loved the place and it was a perfect few days of family fun. I'd recommend the big house for a larger family or one of the smaller units if you're looking for a nice couple retreat. The property is quiet and you feel like you have escaped the weekly rat race while you are onsite. I'd definitely go back."

"The outdoor area was very private. There were several people staying, but we didnt hear anyone. We enjoyed the soaking tub a lot. The goats were very sweet. I had hoped for an area to be able to sit with them, but one was not available. The cats were quite welcoming. The walkway to the house had several boards sticking up, but that was the only negative. Very nice stay."

"If I could give 10 Stars I would. This Cabin was absolutely amazing and Gorgeous. It was big enough for our family of 5. Everyone had there own Bedroom with Bathroom. We loved everything about it. My Adult Kids stayed upstairs with their own bedrooms and bathrooms. The loft had a nice big tv. I even went upstairs to relax in the loft. Me and my husband stayed downstairs with our own private bathroom. Big king bed and nice tv. More than enough closet space. I also loved that we were able to wash our clothes in the huge washer with dryer. We had our youngest daughter 19 Birthday party she wanted to just relax that day in the cabin and we all enjoyed a day of relaxation after a few days at Dollywood and splash country. The drive didn’t even seem that long because we enjoyed the scenery around the cabin and driving back and forth. Bradley made sure we were comfortable from the beginning of our stay till the end. He made sure we know about the air conditioning upstairs so my kids were comfortable up there. Me and my daughter enjoyed our coffee outside on the porch. She loved the rocking chairs . Every thing was just perfect we really felt right at home. And the cabin was really clean. That was most important to me because it’s hard for me to sleep somewhere else where other ppl stay. It has to be clean. And it was. We really had the best time and would definitely rent this cabin again. Thank you again Bradley for making us feel right at home. "
