We had spent the night in another hotel on Rte. 66 while the hotel was ok, the area was pretty sketchy. So we booked into the Hilton2 and couldn’t have been more pleased. It’s a newer facility and in great shape. It’s located on the fringe of the Outlet Mall shopping area and there are several restaurants (fast food and sit-in) adjacent to this hotel. There’s also easy on/off freeway access. Rooms are well appointed however be aware that the suites have no utensils or silver ware. This is a dog friendly hotel and there is a vacant lot (for now anyway) to walk a dog just adjacent to the hotel.

On our first stay, everything was EXCELLENT. A week later, on return trip, there seemed to be something amiss with staff. Breakfast crew was very cranky, slow, and not keeping up well with supplying silverware or emptying trash.
