"About 20 minute walk to the old town, 15 min to National Art Gallery. Good transport, very quiet. Nice area qith beautiful houses around. Receptionist extremely nice and helpful. Good value for money. Simple breakfast a'la carte available. In general v good stay if you want to avoid crowds in the old town and be slightly further."

"The staff was friendly and helpful, from check in to check out. The upgrade for the daily breakfast was amazing, and worth it. The location is super close to Old Town and a central metro hub, making it convenient to get around. The neighborhood was safe and friendly as well. Should I return to Romania, this will be where I stay!"

"Great rooms and facilities, very professional helpful staff, great location! We enjoyed being close to many of the sites we wanted to see and the beautiful room! Unfortunately, we had to move to another hotel to join our tour group which had less comfortable beds, less pristine rooms, and farther out. It really made me appreciate the Mercure Bucharest City Center with a supposedly comparable hotel having several strikes against it in comparison."

"The room was clean, and the bathroom was spotless. Although the staff was small, the bed was always made up and the garbage collected every day. Although there was no front desk or people visibly on duty, when a courier from Lufthansa appeared with our "lost" suitcase, communicating via WhatsApp, and I was not on the premises (!), I informed the hotel manager. I gave the front door code to the courier, who placed the suitcase in the lobby out of sight behind the (unattended) former reception desk. The manager promptly asked me for permission to place the suitcase into my room. The manager also was responsive no matter what my needs were. The air conditioning was operated by a thermostat, and was fully operative when we arrived. But although the room was habitable, we could not operate the thermostat after the first day. There was an electric fan which we used at night. Note: Our stay was during 100-degree (F) heat! The hotel was cool the entire time. The location of the Hotel was ideal for our purpose. It is located a short walk from a Metro station, and city buses stop nearby. I recommend this hotel highly."
