It was a great stay. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend to any one who plans on traveling to Bucharest. It is in a perfect location.
The staff were incredibly attentive, and the rooms felt so homely and fresh. We absolutely loved this hotel and will definitely be back. Thank you for helping make our trip so special. The little touches, like the refillable water bottles and the bottle of wine, really made our stay.
Absolutely recommend! Staffs go way beyond to make your stay comfortable. We travel extensively abd by far this hotel has the best staffs ever! If you aren't sure do yourself a favor and stay here. Can't think of anything negative to say.
Honestly, this hotel alone is a reason to come to Romania.
Staying at Rosetti made the entire trip feel worthwhile — from the atmosphere to the comfort, everything exceeded expectations.
If I had to plan this journey again, I would still come to Romania just to stay here.
Well appointed apartment hotel that feels very new. Our studio had a comfortable bed and wonderful rain shower. The little kitchenette was surprisingly well equipped even though we didn't use it much. We walked everywhere from this location.
My stay at “Rosetti Hotel” was refreshing. I can say it had the most comfortable beds I slept on in a while. It has more modern clean look than a lot of hotels I saw advertised. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. It’s not far from several restaurants in the area , from 4 minute walk until 15 minute walk. I would recommend it and stay there again.
Tucked away in a clean, quiet, cobbled stone side street, the Rosetti Hotel is an elegant urban oasis in the heart of Bucharest.
The location is perfect - close to the Athenee, Old Town, and incredible restaurants like Gargantua, and Tudi’s, all nearby. Walking distance to Gradina Icoanei park and everything you need to explore Bucharest by foot.
My room was modern, spacious, and meticulously clean. But what truly sets Rosetti apart is the exceptional staff. They go above and beyond to make your stay memorable.
Whether you’re here for business or leisure, Rosetti offers the perfect balance of boutique charm, modern comfort, and that rare feeling of being truly at home.
The complimentary bikes are a lovely touch for exploring the neighborhood. Highly recommend.
Rosetti only had one major issue, which was the poor WIFI connection in the room. When you were in the lobby it was fine but it went down to “one bar or no bars” once you entered your room. I advised the team of the issue, but it was never resolved. Other than that, the staff was amazingly kind and knowledgeable. Rooms are large, beds and pillows comfortable. The hotel is located 20-40 walk to all the major site and is surrounded by cool restaurants. Neighborhood is quiet and a 10 min to the metro.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the fantastic Rosetti Hotel in Bucharest, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience! The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the city—making it easy to explore all the main attractions, restaurants, and shops on foot.
The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy retreat after a day of sightseeing. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations for local eateries and must-see spots.
One of the highlights was the lovely terrace, where I enjoyed my morning coffee, soaking in the vibrant atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, making my stay even more enjoyable.
Very nicely decorated hotel. The bed was excellent. The service was OK. The location is good. Only issue is that it was not clear if we had to pay for breakfast (they talked about it as if it was included and then made us pay in the end although we would not have bought it if we knew it was not included - some sandwiches & a juice). they also wanted to charge us for extra kids bed i the room even though the reservation clearly stated that we had included this.
The staff very welcoming and extremely helpful. They all spoke English which made it much easier. The hotel itself very up to date, clean and for sure what they advertised is what we got. I highly recommend this place for the following reasons: close to tourist areas, walking distance (15 minutes ) to old town Bucharest which has all kinds dining, souvenirs shops and more, there are supermarkets walking distance (2-5 minutes) if you should need anything, bus stops walking distance, only 30 minutes from airport, room amenities are great and hotel is in a safe neighborhood. The only complaint I have as an American tourist is, the weather was hot and the air conditioner inside rooms was not cooling enough the way we have it in USA and this issue I have experienced in other European countries as well. It would have been great if we had an option to make our air conditioner cooler in 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
The property is very nice and clean, staff is friendly and helpful. We did have an issue with the AC, they came the next morning to look at it and it seemed to be working fine but then again that night it stopped working again. I think with us being from Florida and liking it cold when we go to bed it's just to much for it, but once it's off for a few hours it starts to work again. We had two rooms, one for my husband and I and one for my daughter and her boyfriend and we were all very happy with the rooms. Their is a pretty good Italian restaurant right across the street and a grocery store as well as a few other restaurants within a 5 min walk.
