"My stay was not pleasant at all. I arrived at the reception at 2pm and from the look on receptionist face, it did not look like they had my booking in their system. He confirmed from his GM and I was asked to wait for 30minutes to clean the room b4 checking-in. "The place looks nice on the outside but complimented with very poor service at the bar. The front desk person tried in her own way but the damage too immense to ignore. I was bitten by mosquitoes and the bed was uncomfortable Had to struggle to get towels for two people despite my booking saying so it is for two people. The hotel needs to train it's staff so it can meet up with the potential which the potential. "

"My family and I had the most unforgettable stay at Park Inn by Radisson in Victoria Island Lagos Nigeria. We had the most amazing welcome by the hotel's Manager Rita, to the meal recommendations by the Chef and server Olowo. We still smile and think back with gratitude to exceptional service and attention to detail, ee received from our server Michael. The kindness and professionalism of Amedu,Oluwayemisi and Dennis at the front desk , the staff that worked so hard to put together an amazing breakfast every morning, always with a smile on their faces and even the doormen and security outside, It all made us feel like we were being treated like royalty. Every single person on staff made all the stress disappear. I can honestly say that this has been the best hotel stay I've ever had. Thank you all so much for all that you do. I hope that Radisson recognizes the amazing team they have there in Nigeria. You represent them well. Thank you again. We will be back!"
