"The hotel is clean and the staff provided excellent staff. The rooms are small. I was asked to pay again even though i had paid online before checking in. I was disappointed. Now i have to go through the hassle of filling claims for reimbursement. Not happy. "

"My stay was not pleasant at all. I arrived at the reception at 2pm and from the look on receptionist face, it did not look like they had my booking in their system. "First of all, the rooms in this hotel looks nothing like what I saw on hotel.com. The first room was horrible! mold in the ceiling of the bathroom, cracked show door and the shower came off the hinges, I asked for another room. "The place looks nice on the outside but complimented with very poor service at the bar. The front desk person tried in her own way but the damage too immense to ignore.
