Age Requirement: Our policy requires the guest making the reservation to be at least 24 years old in order to book.

Cancellation: By confirming this booking, guests agree to our cancellation policy. If you are concerned you may need to cancel outside of the policy, we suggest guests acquire travel insurance to assist in mitigating any losses.

Check-in: We provide self-check-in with a standard check-in window of 4:00 - 7:00 pm. We ask that guests arriving past the standard window carefully read their check-in instructions and reach out with any questions prior to their arrival, as our support team is only available until 7:00 pm. Moreover, we kindly ask that guests arriving in the evening are mindful to keep noise to a minimum.

Occupancy: Our policy permits only the number of guests booked initially to occupy the suite. No Pets. Children Welcome.

No Smoking: Strictly enforced. No Smoking on balconies or in the suite. (Note: The Strata strictly enforces these bylaws, and failure to comply will result in a $500.00 fine).

Construction Notice: Guests should be aware that Victoria is a growing city, and there is building construction next door, which guests will hear throughout the day during specific times. This is at the end of the building phase, and most of the building is complete.

Parking Clearance: 2.1 meters (6'8 ft.). The car elevator allows for a maximum of 205" (17ft) or 5.2 meters. (→ Note: Trucks do not fit in the elevator parking. Most large SUVs will fit. Please send an inquiry to discuss prior to booking if uncertain.)

Long weekend stay

Amazing condo. Had all the things you’d need for a weekend stay. Great location downtown but not noisy compared to other places we’ve stayed. Felt very safe and comfortable here.

Clean, comfortable, safe place to stay in downtown Victoria

This is a lovely apartment with a balcony off the kitchen/dining area and a rooftop balcony to see the harbor. You are a block away from Government Street, and there are more restaurants within a stone's through than I could count. Several were beyond expectation. The service to check in and answer our questions was wonderful, never longer than 2 hours in response. The directions to check in were perfect, although we'd never accessed property in this manner before, it was pretty easy. Having a garage parking space in downtown Victoria is a huge bonus, it is wonderfully secure. We were two adult couples in our "later years" and I would recommend this property highly for anyone without children. It was a great stay.
