We have a fully self contained one bedroom suite over the garage, boasting gorgeous city and mountain views. This space accommodates 2 people as there is one bedroom with a queen sized bed. The suite offers a full kitchen, spacious living room with full cable, Netflix and Prime as well, washer and dryer, dishwasher, bath and shower, and air conditioning, as well as on site parking. Beautiful views to the Sooke hills, this suite sits up high and is full of light. Private, yet close to all amenities such as shopping, bus route, the Galloping Goose trail, and Elk and Beaver lakes. Great hiking spots within a 5 minute drive or relax on the private patio and enjoy the sunshine.

This property far exceeded my expectations. Nancy and Gil were thoughtful and very accommodating. The patio is very private and a great area to unwind. The gardens and the landscaping are outstanding. I highly recommend this property.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay in this guest suite. The suite has lots of natural light, plenty of room for the two of us and is located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. It was a nice and comfy place to retreat to and rest after busy days enjoying Victoria and Vancouver Island.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this clean and well equipped over garage suite. Perfect location for getting anywhere in Victoria and great short hikes at Christmas Hill. Nancy was very prompt and helpful with all communication.

Super clean, modern with many new items. You can tell the owners take pride in their property. Great private oudoor area with new barbecue. Nice hosts. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area. Thanks for a great stay!

Throughly enjoyed our stay at this place. Nancy was great in helping us with our visit to Victoria. Location was very good and enabled us to venture in different directions to see what the area had to offer. Was great to come back after a long day of activities and relax in peace and quiet.

We loved staying here! It was clean and cozy comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. We had an issue with the tv but the owners went above and beyond to fix it. We’ve used VRBO in Europe Hawaii and Canada and this rental really stood out. The neighborhood was safe and very pretty. Definitely would stay again.

The property is as advertised. It is clean, bright and comfortable. Nancy is very responsive to any questions or issues that may arise. The location is just off the Pat Bay highway so it is easy to get where you want to go. I would stay here again and recommend it to my friends.

The suite had all of the amenities needed. The hosts were helpful and gracious (available if needed, but not intrusive). We enjoyed it like a home away from home and the location is great as it is centrally located (good as we wanted to explore different areas). Highly recommend.

This was a perfect place for my daughter and I to stay during her recent swim meet at Saanich Commonwealth Place, which is very close. It was nice and clean and quiet and came as advertised, nothing unexpected.

We have been visiting Victoria for close to 40 years and honestly this is the best place we have ever stayed at. Nancy and Gil are wonderful hosts. They supplied us with a bicycle trail map which we used every day. They were there to answer any questions we had. The accommodation was beautiful and the location was perfect for cycling around the city. We only wished we had been able to stay longer. We will be back for sure.

Great location with car. Lovely hosts. Extremely clean and well stocked. Great private patio and bbq that we used every night. Ate our dinner on the patio. Washer and dryer a great bonus for those travelling from place to place. One of the best places we have stayed at. Easy to get to downtown. Shops near by for food / wine/beer. 10 out of 10!
