The rooms were special, really enjoyed the plunge pool and outdoor shower. The air conditioning worked well and made the sleep comfortable. "This is a world class 5 star resort with guest services second to none. They are very accommodating and will go above and beyond for you. The resort and grounds are immaculate. Magnificent views of Zambezi and can see the spray from the falls. We stayed here for three weeks and I would highly recommend it. Sharon and her whole team at guest services were spectacular and always went the extra mile to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Trinity and his team at the front desk are very accommodating. Peter and his team in the restaurant and kitchen provide amazing service.You can truly immerse yourself in the African culture here if you desire"
