"Lieu iconique dont il est agréable de faire l’expérience, mais ce n’est pas un hôtel 5 étoiles. J’ai vu des 4 avec plus d’attention aux besoins des voyageurs. Il n’y avait pas de service de nourriture et boissons à la piscine lors de notre passage, ce qui est quand même spécial étant donné que c’est le principal attrait. On m’a même dit que je n’avais pas le droit d’avoir ma tasse à café autour de la piscine. Et bien que je me sois pressée à terminer, le personnel a laissé la tasse traîner pendant une demi-heure ensuite… Pas de musique non plus. Certains membres du personnel étaient très gentils, plusieurs autres nous regardaient de haut, ce qui n’est pas la marque d’un 5 étoiles. Chaque fois que nous posions une question, le personnel de la piscine n’avait pas la réponse. Il n’y avait pas de véritable endroit où se changer, ou alors c’était très mal indiqué. L’hôtel est également un club de gym pour les gens du quartier, alors il faut s’attendre à partager les piscines et la salle de sport avec des gens qui s’entraînent sérieusement. Ça peut être sympa et permettre de faire la rencontre de gens locaux, mais ça ne crée pas une ambiance vacances. C’est correct, ça donne une personnalité unique à l’endroit. Autrement, ce n’est pas vraiment le quartier le plus accessible pour visiter Paris, surtout pas à pied. Alors bien pour un séjour d’une nuit ou deux quand on connaît déjà, ou pour les nageurs sérieux."
