"The staff at Hotel Ruze were more than accomodating and kind. My partner uses a wheelchair and we were assisted every step of the way. And there were a lot of steps! Things that would have been helpful to know: the spa is downstairs, two sets of stairs. It’s gorgeous. The pool, jacuzzi, and sauna. The Thai massages were excellent. "Reaching the parking was tough. Very narrow roads. The room had lots of dust, which was irritating my eyes and throat constantly. It was really hot and stuffy. A portable fan was there but it was not enough for that kind of heat. Bathroom door does not close. The property was poorly lit. Receptionist was not helpful at all. "The staff were extremely kind and hospitable! We left some stuff behind and they contacted us on Expedia ASAP for us to pick it up before we left the town. We were very grateful. The room was big and spacious and toilet was clean. There were good supply of utensils and cookware in the kitchen. We loved that they also provided some coffee powder for us in the morning.
