"We booked two double rooms for one night. This was one of our favorite stops. There is a hiking trail that is easily accessible right from the hotel that leads to a beautiful waterfall and the natural hot pool is a very short drive away. We ate dinner and breakfast at the Hotel and both were delicious. There is a cozy sitting area that we hung out in for the evening. Great stay!"

The property is family run with help during peak season. Everyone is incredibly friendly. The staff went out of their way to book us a private horse ride with a guide with a 30 minute notice! "The place is old but decent for being in west fjords, and the brkfst options were good overall but culd b improved slightly. We were on the topmost(3rd) floor. Beds were fine. One of the shared bthrm had a toilet tank issue(kept constantly filling up n taking too long). So, we just used one of the further ones on the same flr. We had some minor issues diring brkfst: one of the sliced breads had mold, museli was bitter, whole fruit(blk bananas n bruised apples) was not v gud during brkfast...
