"This was one of the most expensive hotels we stayed at on our three week trip to Iceland. Not worth the money at all. Location is a challenge being 28 miles from the nearest village with a restaurant and despite its name is still 15 miles from the bird cliffs on very bad roads. Hotel itself is a bit dated and musty smelling but generally kept clean. Breakfast is very limited. We had dinner one night (one choice arctic char) which just ok but probably the most expensive meal we had in Iceland....

"Ich hatte ein schönes Zimmer mit toller Aussicht auf den Fjord. Für den Check-in lagen einfach Schlüssel bereit. Gutes Frühstück. Es gibt begrenzt Parkplätze vor dem Hotel, aber Parken ist direkt auf der Straße problemlos möglich."

"Professional and friendly staff! Easy check in process. Food was tasty and delicious. Location is excellent for exploring the area. Rooms were clean and well kept. Quiet place for sleeping. Thanks"
