"The unit was great, a little warm, but probably not often a problem. Kitchen was nice, loved the coffee provided, the bed was super comfortable, and the wifi was great. "This hotel was ok. We had some issues: one, our flight to Iceland with Icelandair was delayed then canceled and rebooked for the next day, and we notified the hotel as soon as we knew, which was more than 24 hours but less than 48 hours (we are 6 hours behind) and the hotel chose to uphold their cancellation policy after an appeal, so we were charged for a night that we were not there. Second issue: our rooms were uncomfortably warm, especially for sleeping. Each room had a thermostat but when we asked the staff said they did not work, didn’t explain why. They provided very small fans that barely made a dent. There are no top sheets on the beds, just very warm duvets, so sleeping with just a sheet was not an option. Third, the fitness room is not very good, the elliptical was broken. We did get the included breakfast package and that was good for the most part. The rooms were clean."
