"Apparently we were upgraded. So instead of a double bed that I booked we were given a twin room with beds pushed together. The room was small even though we were told it was bigger than the room booked. This I didn’t believe but as it included access to the 12th floor lounge we decided not to query it and go with the flow instead. A bottle of Cava was given to us on arrival too which was nice as it was our 25th wedding anniversary during our stay. "

"Staff are stars! I arrived 2 hoyrs ahead of check 8n time, just to see if I coukd drop off my heavy bag, and they checked me in and let me have my room. Brilliant. They are always smiley and helpful."

"This was a lovely modern hotel with kind and helpful people. Very clean and well organized and lovely touches with the robes and slippers! Easy to walk all over Copenhagen from this location and only 15 minutes from the airport! We will come back!"
