Very Good

Staff were lovely and that's pretty much where it ends. Room had dust over surfaces especially over the bed, the duvet and pillows were yellow and nasty and the carpet and walls were stained, windows were filthy and the shower room always smelt bad and like drains. The hotel also provides zero extras in the rooms. No kettle, fridge, bottled water. Not even cotton buds just soap and shampoo. Location is good near a metro but you are once again youre greeted in reception by a massive brown stain on the roof and it doesn't look very promising for your stay. I slept well, however I'd steer away from this hotel in future

My family really love the spa facility. We arrived early in the morning and the receptionist offered me early check in with a fee which we took and it was a good decision ever! my family enjoyed the jacuzzi and sauna.
Breakfast was good, and the location, reception, and dining area were also satisfactory.
However, the room was disappointing. The carpet had an unpleasant odor, and there was a broken iron and ironing board stored in the wardrobe. Additionally, the water pressure was very low, which made showering time-consuming.
Overall, I don’t think the stay was worth the money.
This is a large hotel with a large car park. The main car park is often full but there is an overflow carpark a little bit further round the hotel. You must register your number plate with the hotel immediately as the private parking company that looks after the car park patrol frequently. The rooms are clean and tidy (a bit like a Travelodge) with a kettle and some tea /instant coffee. Nice clean bathroom and we had a superior double room which had a view out over the harbour rather than towards the city. It is well.located.for public transport and we chose to walk for 10 minutes to get the waterbus in to Copenhagen each day. We did get the Metro home a couple of times and this was easy and quite close to the hotel. The breakfast was amazing. You do have to book a time and it finishes at about 9.30am but there is a plentiful supply and it flows well even at busy times.
This was a really good find. Because we didn't intend to be out late in Copenhagen every night with a 9 year old, we decided to save some money and pick a hotel further out. This one was right on the metro line 4 into town with easy onward connections to other lines and Malmö (worth a day trip, even just to say you've been to Sweden). Pity we didn't notice that 500m away was the water bus stop which would've taken us up the harbour right up to Kastellet. Don't make the same mistake as us! Breakfast was good, and we appreciated the slot booking scheme to reduce food waste. That just required a little bit of planning but was easy to do. Breakfast was excellent as well: everything you could want from a Danish breakfast. All in all a really good spot for us; even a car hire place around the corner for a trip to Roskilde Viking Ships Museum and Lejre Land of Legends. Couldn't fault it.
Huge beautiful room with lovely view.
Room needed dusting and sweeping
Couch needed deep cleaning, too many stains visible.
Breakfast was good.
Parking is available .
The breakfast saloon was over crowded. And i found the hotel room really simple, there was not even slipper or small fridge which are basic stuff in every hotel room.

This is not a hotel. No amenities, no electric kettle, no pajamas. The sauna has been closed for a long time. This is a room for sleeping only, not a room for staying overnight.
There is no air conditioning in the building. Found out when we were checking in. Temperature was 26 degrees Celsius.Tried to cancel. Even Expedia guy called them, they refused to give refund . They only provided one small fan. Asked for another, they didn’t have.
They just gave two cars complementary parking.
