Bordering the Indian River, this house is located immediately over the bridge and straight shot (2 minute) to South Beach Park and all the beach life has to offer. Walking distance to Vero restaurants, shopping and beaches. Newly updated and nicely furnished. All new appliances, central A/C, washer/dryer, front porch. Shaded backyard deck for BBQs and gatherings. BBQ grill and backyard furniture provided.

Exploring Vero Beach
This property is lovely; it’s a nice roomy house in a quiet neighborhood. It was clean and had everything we needed. Sam, the owner, was very helpful. Perfect location to explore Vero Beach - easy 2 mile drive to South Beach. All the beaches are amazing. We rode our bikes to explore downtown and Orchid Island - it’s very bike friendly. Sam gave great suggestions to restaurants. We loved it!

Highly recommend
This is a lovely rental in a pleasant, quiet area. Very clean and bright, nicely decorated and comfortable. We found the location to be quite convenient - minutes to beach, shopping, restaurants, local events and sight seeing. Highly recommend.
